Minutes
The President (Ted Richards) welcomed the members present (26) to the 2010 AGM and started the meeting by thanking the committee members for their hard work over the past year.
Apologies were received from Colin Strong
There were no minutes available from the previous year’s AGM due to the intransigence of the previous club secretary. This was explained to the meeting and accepted by all present.
Chairman Brian Kavanagh gave a report on the year’s activities and thanked all those who had contributed but gave special emphasis to the work of Terry & Jackie Coton. The assistance and understanding of CBPC was praised and there now existed a good working relationship through the Joint Liaison Group.
Secretary Mick Fielding gave a breakdown of the committee meetings, correspondence and disciplinary meetings. The work of Ted Richards, Brian Kavanagh & Zoe Savage was highlighted to general approval. A commitment to becoming VAT and CASC registered was given.
Treasurer Jackie Coton gave a breakdown on turnover, stock and current bank status. For the first time in the Club’s history a full set of accounts have been prepared. These are available for any member to inspect.
Membership & Social Secretary Richard Cupples gave a comprehensive report on all aspects of social activities and membership during 2009, culminating in the highly successful New Years Eve Prom Night.
Development Secretary Mick Duffield gave details on what had been achieved during the year and what was outlined for 2010.

Tributes to the retiring Chairman were given by the President and Secretary and a vote of thanks was given for his hard work and commitment.
With there being no further business the meeting was closed at 19.35.
